Shifter RPG

Shadow jumped and caught Falling by the shoulders. "Stop! You can't hurt her!" He begged. Haze moved closer to Ava.
Falling struggled, cursing at both Shadow and Cho, calling them traitors, bastards, and every other word in the book.

Cho had then moved her gaze to Falling. "**** off." she said, and stood up. She didn't care for him any more. Ava had her gun out. She had pointed it to Falling. Cho's father sneered, and pulled out a hand from his pocket. In it, a gun. He shot Cho 3 times in the shoulder. She didn't wail. She cringed, but did not wail. She would not wail for her Father. She would only cry.

Falling watched her. He was blind and deaf from rage, dead inside. Even if he came out of this alive, it was likely that his body would quit altogether. He snapped at Shadow, who still refused to let him free. Instead, he sent a bolt of pure darkness into Falling's body like a lightningbolt, which only made him angrier.

Tears streamed down her eyes. "I've ruined your life. I'm sorry." she said to Falling. "I shouldn't have came into God Tribe that day. I shouldn't have started that fight. I shouldn't have cared." her voice shuddered.

He couldn't hear anything anymore. He crunched down on Shadow's hand, now angry that Shadow was refusing to pull away.
Haze looked at Ava. Shoot, please... He begged of her.

Ava couldn't find the courage to. All she did was say, loud in clear. "I'm human, Falling." Cho stared at Ava, wide eyed. "No h-he'll hurt you!" she screeched.

His deafened ears picked that up. He faced her, expression twisted in horrible rage. His eyes shown red, they were nearly glowing. The whites of his eyes had turned yellow. He approached her.
Haze straightened up. He was going to die protecting Ava.

Cho was about to launch herself at Falling, when her father shot her in the chest. She fell and recoiled. She coughed. Blood was pooring out of the wound in massive clumps. Instantly, Ava screeched and shot at the man, who avoided all of her bullets easily.

Shadow was being literally dragged. He kept sending darkness through his bones, but it barely fazed Falling. His nervous system was shut off. He was dying.

Cho began to have a coughing fit. "I'm sorry. I ruined your life, Falling. I ruined it."
The man knelt down. He knelt down so he breathed in her ear. "No. You dodn't ruin his life. You ruined your own." and he didn't hesitate to shoot her again. Cho never had those last minute flash backs that people have when they die. She didn't even have a last thought. One last breath was it, and she felt herself being dragged down. Ava was sobbing now.

Falling felt one force lessen and die. He shook Shadow free from his right arm, and grabbed Haze by the throat. He didn't notice the bird-shifter's eyes change to a steely blue.
Zane gripped Falling's powerful hand and dug his claws into it.
"And you call yourself a wolf." Zane coughed.

Ava continued to sob and the man crept away, smiling for once. He had caused quite a chaos. He liked that.

Shadow kept casting his spells, trying desperately to kill this wolf. Each spell was weakening him instead, eventually he was coughing blood. But he was fighting for Zane now. He was putting every ounce of his strength into these spells.
Zane changed Haze's form to his own, let go of his grip of Falling's arm, and slugged him. Falling's jaw cracked, but he didn't show any sign of pain. Instead, he broke Zane's other arm.

Ava, still sobbing, shot at Falling. She hadn't the heart to kill him, but she had to do something.

Shadow's eyes began to darken, and he couldn't breathe. He stopped.
"S-sir?" He started, getting the attention of Zane. "I wasn't able to finish" he coughed, a horrible, near-death sound, "my final mission... I'm sorry I've failed you." He raised his hand and sent a shockwave into Falling's body, then collapsed.
Zane was horrified. He tightened his other fist and slugged Falling again and again, screaming "You killed my friend! You killed him, you insensitive bastard!"

Ava was shooting more vigorously now careful not to hit Zane. Her sobbing increased as she realized it would only be her and Haze soon. No, not even that, she realized. She wiped her tears and shot Falling as close to the heart as possible.

Falling coughed blood and dropped Zane; his body was shutting down. Shadow's final spell was working it's way through him, shutting down his strength and mind.
Zane jumped up, gasping for breath. His body was weak and he was shivering in anger and sadness.
Falling's eyes shut and he collapsed without another sound.

Ava dropped her gun and fell to her knees, still crying. She had realized that Tear had ran away quite a while back, but she didn't care. She shivered and whiped the tears from her eyes. "You...okay...Zane?" she said, trying hard to hold the lump in her throat.

Zane coughed, taking a minute to get used to normal airflow again. "F-fine..." He looked over Falling to Shadow, whose expression of happiness made Zane nearly sick. Shadow was dead now. Shadow was happy.
He shook off the thought, knowing he had to bury them all.
Zane offered a hand to Ava.

Ava took his hand and, ruefully, pulled herself up. She managed to not slump back down, being as shaken as she was. "All of them..dead." she whispered to herself.

Zane's voice slowly changed, along with his appearance, back to the bird shifter of whom shared her pain.
"It's okay, it's not time to worry yet."

"Look around you Haze." she coughed out, then shivered. She hadn't felt this pained since her mother and father's death. Thinking about that made her shiver again.

He shook his head.
"It's still not time to worry."

She didn't understand. Cho, Shadow, Falling...they where all gone. She didn't know how not to worry about that, but she nodded and tried hard not to wail.

Haze motioned to the scene, an obvious reference that they needed to clean it up.
