Eyes flee,
Fingers skim.

Words.
They slide off my lips.

Silent.
Unmoved.
Untouched.

At the start,
I smile.
At the end,
I frown.

Ending the words,
I hate that.
I hate ending.

But I love the words.
Yes.
I love them.

Sometimes,
I don't like certain words.
I laugh at the ugly words.
I convulse.

So when I look at my own,
I smile.

Not because they are great,
No,
Not at all.
I smile because

They are my own.
