Shift Beast is about a war between shape-shifters and humans over an old, nearly forgotten legend involving their Gods.
The Tribes go like this:
Wolf - God Tribe
Cat - Moonlight Tribe
Bird - Thundersky Tribe
Dragon - Serpent Tribe
Separate species include Demons, Scaled and Winged Shifters, and Foxes and Bats.

There is no combining of two tribes in any of the characters or the series itself.
In each tribe, people tend to behave similarly:
Wolves tend to be courageous but stubborn.
Cats are sneaky and somewhat hard to trust because of their sketchy presence.
Birds can be vain, but they are also gentle and delicate.
Dragons are arrogant and violent; their tribe is filled with power-struggles.

There are two other types of shifters:
Bats and Foxes,
but the Bats were wiped out thousands of years before, and the Foxes were cut down to the point that only one could live in the world at a time.

Now about their Gods.
The Shifter Gods were the ones that created the shifters themselves, and there is a long legend behind them.
Amber is the Goddess of the Sun (Wolf)
Sage is the Goddess of the Forest (Cat)
Sapphire is the God of the Water (Dragon)
Sara is the Goddess of Darkness (Bat)
Thunder is the God of the Sky (Bird)
and Silver is the God of Theives (Fox)

A project about the types of Shifters.

(Shall be updated from time to time)
